1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Velvetz ("Infrastructure"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Infrastructure. These Terms contain a mandatory arbitration provision.

2. Operator Access

Velvetz access is granted selectively to Operators. We reserve the right to revoke access, terminate environments, or refuse service at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem.

3. Economic Model (92/8)

Operators retain 92% of Gross Revenue. Velvetz infrastructure allocation is 8%. "Gross Revenue" means the total amount paid by your subscribers to you. You are responsible for any refunds or chargebacks.

4. Content Ownership

You own your content. You grant Velvetz a limited license strictly to host and distribute your content to your authorized subscribers. We do not claim ownership.

5. Disclaimer

The Infrastructure is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or specific revenue outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvetz Inc. shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware, US. You waive your right to a trial by jury and class action participation.
